Our room was spacious and reasonably clean, although the beds felt a touch narrow; nevertheless, we found them quite comfortable. The staff, including the bellboys and waiters, were helpful and responsive, which made our stay smoother. In the mornings, breakfast was perfectly adequate if you got there early enough, though I'd advise steering clear of the chapati-definitely took a toll on my teeth! We were lucky enough to navigate the cornflake bowl situation without too much trouble, but I did note some chipped dishware. One highlight was collecting our complimentary water bottle from reception on arrival; just don't forget that subsequent bottles will cost you. As for family-friendly activities, we enjoyed visiting the local attractions, and Hotel Luciya's location made it easy to explore Kochi's vibrant offerings. If you're searching for a welcoming atmosphere for your family, this hotel ticks the box!
